A Three Part Series – Focus – Spinal Alignment

Basic Assessment – Spine Alignment
Getting familiar with the spine.   Using hand scanning techniques we will learn to assess areas of health and distress in the spine, along with new techniques to entice the connective tissue to relax. This sets the stage for a more heathful, structural balance while assisting the spine to align its self .

Note:

1. Students become familiar with visualizing the spine with their hands
2. Students are introduced to basic connective tissue relaxation techniques  

Class II
Advanced Assessment and Alignment  - Spine
In this class we will review the basic assessment techniques from the prior class, relaxation of connective tissue as it relates to the spine, and learn techniques to assist the spine to it’s most healthful alignment.

Note:

1. Students incorporate basic hand scanning and learn connective tissue relaxation techniques

Class III
Advanced Alignment and Profeciency – Spine
Review of all prior class techniques, then focus time to enhance proficiency

Note: 

1. Students practice basic hand scanning, muscle relaxation, and assisting spinal alignment techniques with a focus on proficiency for all techniques and students.
