These Terms and Conditions apply to your experience on the Website either utilizing content set forth, booking appointments for Services, or ordering Products and purchasing tickets for meditation groups. It contains very important information about your rights and obligations as well as limitations and exclusions that apply to you. This contract was last revised on November 1, 2016.
By scheduling an appointment for Services or ordering Products through the Website, you acknowledge that you have read, accepted, and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions (in its present state with changes or amendments) and to comply with all applicable federal, state, and local laws, in relation to your access to or use of this Website. These Terms and Conditions are subject to modification without prior written notice at any time in Jane Fecteau Intuitive Healing, Inc.’s sole discretion. You should periodically review these Terms and Conditions for any changes. The terms of this Agreement shall govern the terms of your interactions with Jane Fecteau Intuitive Healing, Inc. through the Website.
YOUR SCHEDULING EXPERIENCE (regarding Services)
You may be using the Website to book a time to consult with or receive Services with Jane Fecteau, in which case you will have direct contact with Jane Fecteau, and her third party scheduling assistant by written and phone communications to set your appointments. As part of the booking process you will also be required to accept the terms of Client Care Agreement, which you may agree to and sign electronically or physically. Please consult our Privacy Policy to further review how information provided during the scheduling process is collected and protected. Price and payment will be handled directly with Jane Fecteau or her scheduling assistant, not through the Website.
YOUR SHOPPING EXPERIENCE (regarding Products)
Jane Fecteau Intuitive Healing, Inc. may provide access to online meditation courses, online programs, or products for purchase on the Website. All information collected as part of the payment process is protected as set forth in our Privacy Policy.
Price and Payment.
Your total price for the Products selected for purchase will be stated on your online purchase receipt. Terms of payment are within the sole discretion of Jane Fecteau Intuitive Healing, Inc. and, unless otherwise agreed to, payment must be received by Jane Fecteau Intuitive Healing, Inc. prior to the acceptance of an order. Payment for the products must be made by credit card (Visa, MasterCard, or Discover) or debit card (issued by Visa, MasterCard), unless otherwise agreed to by Jane Fecteau Intuitive Healing, Inc. All prices are in U.S. Dollars. Your credit card is processed immediately. You will know immediately if your transaction was declined or approved. After processing, you will be shown a transaction receipt; please print or save the receipt for your records.
Orders are not binding upon Jane Fecteau Intuitive Healing, Inc. until accepted, and Jane Fecteau Intuitive Healing, Inc. reserves the right to decline the acceptance of any order for Products, including but without limitation, in the event the price is a mistake. Prices advertised do not include shipping and handling or applicable sales taxes for physical Products, which will be added to the price you pay, unless you provide Jane Fecteau Intuitive Healing, Inc. with a valid and correct tax exemption certificate. Your credit card may be billed by Jane Fecteau Intuitive Healing, Inc. which is the corporate entity through which we interact in commerce.
Shipping and Title.
Jane Fecteau Intuitive Healing, Inc. ships only within the US, and to US Military bases APO/FPO. Typical order processing time is 1-2 business days for UPS ground or USPS Priority. All orders placed Friday, Saturday, or Sunday, shall begin processing the following business day, regardless of shipping option chosen. If your order has not been shipped 4 business days after you placed your order, it may be because: 1) some of the Products you ordered are on backorder, or 2) time needs to be allowed for Jane Fecteau to properly finalize the item, especially if it requires blessing it with certain energy. If you will expect a delay in shipping for any reason, Jane Fecteau will be in touch.
Jane Fecteau Intuitive Healing, Inc. will arrange shipping of the Products to the address specified in your order. Title to the Products passes to you upon delivery to the carrier and risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to your address. The costs of shipping and handling will be shown on your purchase receipt.
Products.
Jane Fecteau Intuitive Healing, Inc. may revise and discontinue Products at any time. Jane Fecteau Intuitive Healing, Inc. will ship you the Products that have the functionality and performance of the products you ordered, but changes between what is shipped and what is described in a specification sheet or page on the Website are possible.
Return Policy.
When you receive your Products, promptly check the Products to ensure that your order is correct. Returns by mail will only be accepted if prior arrangements have been made with Jane Fecteau Intuitive Healing, Inc.

DISCLAIMS ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, WARRANTIES OF QUIET ENJOYMENT AND NON-INFRINGEMENT, MERCHANTABILITY FOR COMPUTER PROGRAMS AND IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND INFORMATIONAL CONTENT.
